Use only for leg orders on CreateIfDoneOrderRequest. Order destination could only be 'FIXED CO', 'TRAILING CO', 'BESTMKT', and 'qCXA' for primary leg order, and; 'FIXED CO' or 'TRAILING CO' for second leg order
